We are a group of local, Professional Tradesmen who have been specializing in Interior and Exterior painting and restoration services for residential and commercial property owners across the Twin Cities for over 15 years. For all interior projects, we start with wall repair and surface protection We begin by protecting all of the surfaces that are not going to be improved. We cover all of the floors to protect them from damage. We also protect any woodwork that will not be improved so that the new coatings don't affect them. We fill all nail holes, minor dents, dings, and cracks as part of all interior contracts. We then sand all of the walls in their entirety to ensure that the new coatings will adhere properly. We apply two coats of the specified coating and pay very strict attention to dry times and the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure that the coatings perform as intended. We then clean all of our working areas everyday before we leave the site so that no one is tripping over equipment or ‘getting in to’ any wet paint or tools (Cleanliness is one of the cornerstones of our professional conduct.).
